The team comes out every year (if not twice when needed) to complete our spider spray inside/outside the house and around the property. Adrian was very thorough. He spent a lot of time inspecting the house. He identified a rat problem and laid baits. A few days later we noticed a smell in the house and suspected a dead rat.
