The team comes out every year (if not twice when needed) to complete our spider spray inside/outside the house and around the property. They are lovely to deal with from booking to service on the day and always go the extra mile with simple things I don’t think about. Highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them every year.

The team were really prompt in replying to my request, providing a breakdown of costs prior to coming to the property. They were thorough in their work and explained everything afterwards for peace of mind. I’d highly recommend.

Adrian was very thorough. He spent a lot of time inspecting the house. He identified a rat problem and laid baits. A few days later we noticed a smell in the house and suspected a dead rat. Mandurah Pest Control arranged for Luke to promptly return and he disposed of the dead rodent. I can highly recommend Mandurah Pest Control.

Good company to deal with. Fair and reasonable cost to remove a dead rat from the ceiling cavity and the odour was gone by the following day thanks to whatever it was they used to eliminate the stench. Thank you!

Our paving looked more like the Pinnacles with ant mounds everywhere. Called Mandurah Pest Control, made an appointment for 2 weeks (first available), received a confirming email immediately, a reminder one week prior and a text 15 minutes before he arrived. Two weeks later and no ant hills. Very efficient and fully recommend Mandurah Pest Control.

Arrived on time as usual, as they’d been to the property before. Checked roof space and placed antifouling agent within, as I’d already baited the area and was now getting deceased rodent aromas. Couldn’t retrieve the recently exterminated as, the roof space has a metal frame and limited single brick supporting walls.
